I had such a good time in Denver, I also celebrated my birthday there and I don't think I've ever received more free drinks in any other city! Even the female bartender bought me a couple rounds "on the house".
The real excitement came when I visited Rocky Mountain National Park. Its absolutely beautiful and such a peaceful place. I've decided that if I'm ever at a point in my life where I'm just completely falling apart and need to emotionally heal myself that this is the place for me. I was so happy during my time there....how couldn't I be with all the beauty around me?
I also took my inflatable kayak with me...I always take it on my adventures. I found a stream that was created from glacier/snow melt...of course the stream was extremely cold but it just looked like so much fun. My boyfriend came along and we succesfully went over a beaver dam with about a 4 ft. drop but later flipped the kayak trying to fight some rapids at the same time that we were trying to duck under a fallen tree....the water was so freezing and my jeans were soaked....I ended up taking most of my clothes off as soon as I got out of the water! I'm sure there was someone around somewhere with a camera.... :/ probably some photos of me in my underwear somewhere. haha. O well...it was an amazing adventure!

I've traveled all over this beautiful country that I call home. I'll start off by posting info about some of my favorite trips and experiences so far and later I'll try to keep up with current travels.....
My absolute favorite place so far is probably Yellowstone National Park. There was so much wildlife that I've never been able to see anywhere else. Everything is very well preserved and the people who are lucky enough to work there are extremely friendly and helpful.
Here are some photos....
